Cannot help in December
My daughter bought the item: Aqua Skater dress with lace inset size 14 at Edgars Jeffreys Bay this morning, however the size 14 is too large and there was no size 12 in stock. When we asked the customer service assistant if Edgars Jeffreys Bay could arrange and exchange for a size 12 from one of their stores in Port Elizabeth for us we were advised they do not do orders during December and the best they can do is find out if the store at Greenacres Port Elizabeth has in stock, but then we must drive to PE to get it ourselves. This is very poor customer service especially when Jeffreys Bay Edgars did not appear to be busy at all.
