CANNOT FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS

I called Edgars several months ago to request that my Statements be posted to me. I kept on receiving email notifications instead. Understandably the Post Office was on strike around then, and so I didn't mind. But long after the fact, I called again to make sure that I would receive posted statements. I got confirmation that this would be done. Next thing I start getting sms statements plus I'm now being charged ZAR 54.00 for some club account I didn't open. I called to cancel the club account and once again request that I receive post. Once again another confirmation that this would be done. My account was paid off about two months ago and today I receive another sms statement telling me that my closing statement is ZAR 54.00. Still being charged for this club benefit I didn't request for and still no post.<br> <br> REALLY EDGARS!!! What I've been asking for isn't unreasonable or difficult. It is the most basic of instructions. I'll repeat it one last time so that it is absolutely clear!!!! AND SOMEBODY PLEASE ACTION IT IMMEDIATELY! <br> FIRSTLY - I NEED MY STATEMENTS POSTED! SECONDLY - CANCEL THE CLUB BENEFIT I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR!!!!!
