Cannot close my Edgars account

So I paid the final Installment and want to close my Account. Oh sorry we are now managed by RCS so you cant close your account you need to send your final proof of payment to RCS and allow them 30 working days to confirm the closure. 30 Working days, good grief, by then next months compulsory fee will be levied and then i will have to go pay that and then send that final proof of paying that and allow then 30 working days from there and then the next months compulsory fee with be levied against the account then i will have to go pay that then the next 30 working days will come and go and so it will never end. So you cannot then close your account.
