Cannot close edgars club card magazine

Yesterday I was at Edgar's for hours on end trying to cancel this club magazine that I've been paying for and have never even received its probably 8 years now paying 49.99 for nothing not only could I not get through to anyone to cancel it I was put through one department after another these people are really making money of us I was even told I can't close my account if that's not closes
