Cancellation of Lost card not done

I have lost my cell c simcard which I took at Edgars stores in Galleria. I first reported on the 02 February 2015 at *** number which i took from cell c people and this number is for RMCS Edgars and Jet airtime helpline. i did tell them that someone is using this simcard *******ly then I need it to be stopped immediately they told me that they going to escalate my call to the network people who are going to call me within 24 to 48 hours the reference for the call was *** and I waited for 2 days but none called and I called RMCS services centre again on the 6th of February they told me that they going to do the follow I waited to my surprise when I called yesterday the 9 th of February i was told my number *** isnt blocked its still active and I again they told me they going to escalate my call and they gave me new reference number *** up to now nobody has called me and really i dont know what to do since I have spent more than R200 calling hese people. And the culprit is still using my simcard it is not blocked.
