Can you stop making empty promises!!!???
After having required assistance from Edgars, I still haven't received any feedback, assistance or my refund from their RCMS department. Their call center makes all sorts of promises to call you back and resolve your query which as we all know is a way to get you off the phone.<br> Can someone shed some light on when I am going to get my refund!!!?<br> The ref number I was given is ***
