can you please cancel cell phone contract

Can you please cancel my phone contract with your company i have bein taken from pila to pose by your call center concerning the contract last year i was told that the contract have to last a year before cancelation this year i have phone twice i being told the contract is camcell but invain your contract have close all my vodacom service n ur call center dont even know how to activate please cancell this contract emidiatly
