Can't view statement online

<p>Hi there, I am trying to see what my statement is online but the "webshop" has been unavailable for the past 2 days. I keep on getting :</p> <p> "</p> <p>The webshop is currently not available. Please come back again later.<br />"<br /><br /></p> <p>I cannot understand how a big company like this can not seem to notice this or how they are not automatically alerted by this being down? Please fix this.</p>
