Can't unsubscribe from newsletter.

I get spammed by newsletters from Edgars and when I click on the unsubscribe button then I get \404 Vaux Pas"error (Page not found). Since the unsubscribe link doesn't work this is in contravention with the ECT Act prescribing that unsolicited or bulk newsletter e-mails MUST contain a functioning unsubscribe link.<br> <br> Don't think you can phone their call centre though. When the system prompts where I want to make a complaint it hangs up on me. If I try to reach another department it demands my ID number or account number and would not let me speak to a customer representative without this. I used to have a Edcon account (at CNA) so I have no idea why it won't accept my ID number.<br> <br> If such an account has been closed then good riddance. If not"
