Can not get my account closed

I went in-store on 17 February 2021 to the Woodlands mall branch in Pretoria East to close my account. I was requested to settle the account in full which I did. I was informed that I would get an sms as soon as the account was closed. It is now 10 March 2021 and the account is still not closed. I e-mailed all proof again to the rcs group to request immediate closure - no luck. Now I have been charged with a further R86 for various "fees"? I need this account closed with immediate effect!
