Calling customers dishonest
WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH REF NO ********** 0427/GO ????!!!!
I called the call centre to try and find out regarding this matter and was told by Nkulumo that the reason for the decline is the level of honesty during the affordability assessment. MY LEVEL OF HONESTY????!!!!
I work in finance and I know that complete honesty is required. I also know that when it comes to credit applicants do lie but would never dream of even hinting at a client that they are dishonest.
The lovely part? I have the call recording..... so I won't be swallowing nonsense about a misunderstanding! How dare Edgars staff be so utterly insulting and disrespectful????!!!!
