Call centres are disgusting

I am having a problem with my Edgars account and RCS. I have called the Edgars and RCS call centres, the consultants that I spoke to are useless. I am trying to close my Edgards account, but when I supply my ID number, they say my ID number is invalid or does not exit on their side? How is this possible as I have been receiving statements and has an account number. The service at the call centres are disgusting.

Nobody knows what they are doing.

I would appreicate a response to my complaint.
