Call centre agents doesn't do what is requested
I called twice for the same thing and still it hasn't been solved . I called Edgars call centre to cancel the promotions that they send via email , its been canceled according to them but I'm still getting the promotions . So I don't know is it just me or is the call centre agents not competent enough?
