Call Centre
You can not speak to a call center agent unless you insert you details!! But they do not recognize any of my detail. NOT MY ID, NOT MY CARD NUMBER, NOT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER!!! And they do not respond to emails. So quick to take my money every month yet so bad at customer service!!!
