Call Center Unhelpfull

Call Centre is unhelpful. A few months back I joined the Edgars Club for the movie benefits. Already paying the monthly fee I wanted to go and used it this weekend. Ster Kinekor informed me, that the card is invalid. Today I phoned the number on my Edgars Clubcard... after all the intro I selected Club help. The person helping me, were not helpful, he said I must phone the number on the card and give me the correct number, the exact number I just phone. I explained to him, this is the number I phone and need assistance, he advice me to try another number. I requested a manager, after 5 minutes of wait, I hang up.

All that I wanted, is to make sure I can go to the movies without any hassle. Please can someone help me.
