So last week I went in to ask a settlement amount. I paid and 2 days later I ask for a settlement letter. New balances emerged I came here to complain, those liers called me and assured me that if I go it to pay I'll receive the letter

Today which is 3 days later I'm in the store. Guess what new balances, I owe more money
