Broken packaging
A 100ml DKNY Blossom was purchased from Red Square in La Lucia as a mother's day gift. The perfume is worth R995. To my surprise the box was wet therefore I thought maybe it was broken. Only to open the box and find that the perfume wasn't properly sealed. Half the perfume was missing from the bottle.I don't know how this is possible if I haven't even opened the perfume.

Thank you for your query. As per our telephonic discussion. Kindly be advised that as soon as the fault was detected , the perfume should have been returned sealed to the store of purchase as proof of the fault, so that it could be addressed accordingly.
