I hold an Edgar's account for many years. I have received an exorbitant bill. Called the call centre to query, only to find out that I did a purchase for R3100 and returned items for abt R2000 but my return credit don't reflect on my account. I was pushed from pillar to post, also noted that there are so many other charges on the account that I never opted for. This account is definately not worth having, it is worse than a bank credit card.This is broad day light *******. Since they have changed to RCS it has created havoc on the account and the stores nor the rcs call centre agents want to take responsibility. Each one claims its error the others part.
