Breach Of Contract

On the 6th May 2014 my cell phone insurance was cancelled in store without my knowledge. On the 30th January 2017 i contacted Finrite insurance so that i could claim on my insurance as my phone was no longer working. Only to discover that my cell phone insurance had been cancelled and i could not claim. I then contacted Edgars N1 City branch to get more information and find out why they cancelled my insurance without my go ahead. I have since been brushed aside and **** to by Sbongile, Zama and Lindiwe from customer services department as well as Tsholofelo from the complaints department that created an expectation. I have been a loyal customer for years, never missing a payment as i held up to my end of the agreement. I was given lip service and told that the N1 City manager was going to call me within 48hrs, and that was a week ago. i have no phone, my child is at crech'e and i have no way of knowing if he is okay or not. Now im told to pay in the unpaid amounts for R3500 to get a claim of R3500. Does that make sense? I would like the regional manager to call me back and have my matter sorted out immediately with a positive outcome.
