Breach of contract

I am very upset with this company. First they randomly stopped taking their debit order off my account and I didnt notice cause I know they always take their money and ivw never been outstanding with them. Next thing they change my debit order date from the 10th to the 5th......shocking and still double debit me on the very same 5th when all my money has been gone. They called me several times and I asked them to fix my dates back and reinstate the debit order they removed just to get my name is bad standing. They confirmed that everything has been reinstated and they about 1k will go off in November. I relaxed and they didnt take their money again on my pay day and decided to take 2.5k 15 days later from the agreed time. Firstly they are in breach of our contract by making changes on my contract without my consent. Secondly they making mr suffer financially for their own rookie mistakes. Now 15 days later after my payday they want to take 2.5k imagine.

I want this company to call me and give me any form of call recordings where I consented to the debitvorder date change and even removing my debit order. I want all interest charges to be reversed and my account not to be I areas as everything will prove that I've always had sufficient funds on the agreed upon date to cater foe their debit order. I want a call back immediately
