Bras cannot be exchanged

The lady was so flat out rude when I went to exchange two bras that were small ,she told me its underwear therefore cannot be exchanged and it has no hygenic strip! What the hell I asked to see her manager she ddnt even bother to call her senior cause she was talking ****! Please educate your stupid staff bras are not regarded as underwear and a customer can exchange it as there customer in my case does have the patience to stand in a long que to fit a bra its totally ridiculous! Please ask your staff to maintain hygene standards as they look like they haven't bathed before saying to customers bras are underwear! Dissapointing sies.
