Bradford Shoes damaged with just one use

I purchased a Bradford formal shoe. As soon as I walked out the door using the shoe, it creased significantly with crease lines all over the shoe and three distinct crease lines in the front. The shoe looks absolutely terrible and I can never wear this shoe again, I have another shoes which is over a year old which still looks in a more better condition than this Bradford shoe. The Bradford shoe quality is pathetic and I did not receive value for the money spent. I have logged a call with the Edgars call centre with reference no. ***/GC and still have not received any response.
