Bradford formal shoes bad quality

I purchased a pair of Bradford shoes from Edgar's. I purchased them in December but started wearing them for work in January and I have only been at work for a week and already the quality is deteriorating. The soles are breaking and the black on the shoe is coming off. I have not got the slip anymore and therefore no one wants to return it.

Last year I also purchased a pair of Bradford shoes and after two months I had to throw them away. I often shop at Edgar's but I am very disappointed with the service and bad quality. I would like Edgar's to replace both pairs as I have received very bad service and quality. This is unacceptable to the consumer.
