Bobbi Brown - Product burning my skin

Good day, I bought Bobbi Brown products at Edgars Menlyn branch at the end of October. After 2 or 3 days my skin started \burning"and was very itchi. I had a rash on my eyes from the product. I phoned the ladies at the Bobbi Brown desk and spoke to Promise. She said that I must stop using the product asap"
