Blacklisted refurbished phone

I purchased a Blackberry Z10 from Edgars Pavilion in 2014. Nov 2015, the phone wasn't charging. I took it to the store and it was booked in for repairs. A week later the store advised that my phone was sorted. I was provided with a refurbished phone. Nobody advised me beforehand that my original phone could not be fixed. The refurbished phone stopped working a week later. I took it back to the store and I have advised that I do not want another refurbished phone. The store sent the phone in and after numerous calls and mails to Vodacom, I received an sms that the phone was back at Edgars unrepaired. I called the store and Rodney advised that there was a problem with my battery and not the phone. This is impossible as 1.This is a brand new battery that I bought and 2.The battery was never sent along with the phone! I called the repairs centre to hear a different story - the refurbished phone is blacklisted and therefore they could not fix it. I've contacted Vodacom and they advised that I need to contact Edgars and Edgars is advising me to contact Vodacom. Nobody is accepting liability. Called to speak to Prenesh at the store and was diconnected twice!! This is pathetic!!!!
