Blacklisted because of their loyalty program

Blacklisted me for not paying the loyalty program of R35 per month. Went to Mall of Africa they couldn't assist. Was told only lawyers can give me details. How pathetic we don't receive any monthly books. Yet they blacklist you for a stupid loyalty program. I hope the Ombudsman can help us imagine even in these trying time. Edgars is blacklisting you for a Stupid loyalty program. They should have a system in place that automatically removes clients from loyalty programs that are inactive members for longer than 6months. We have an epidemic upon us and Edgars still have time to try and make profits from inactive loyalty members. I need any lawyer who sees this frustrating post to contact me. We can't allow Edgars to still rob the poor. I didn't pay any clothes on this account for many years.
