Black Friday Disappointment

On Black Friday Edgars offered two for one specials on their online shop. I ordered a pair of jeans, paid the full price but only received one pair. Customer Service tells me I should have ordered two and not one to qualify for the special. Edgars is not willing to compromise in any way. I am very disappointed in a company I have supported all my life. Sorry Edgars, but you can do better than this.
