Birthday Voucher
Still waiting for my Birthday Club voucher. after 4 calls to the call centre and two emails all i get is it will be sent by sms and we will log your complaint, it has been 2 months and i am still waiting, every year i have to phone and email to get my voucher, not once have i received it without struggling. i don't want to close my club membership but it is so frustrating paying each month on time but not receiving the benefits promised. <br> <br> Pathetic!!!<br>
