Billing on closed account

Closed my account in 2016 they even refunded me because i had credit on my account now. now i vheck my credit report and i owe them R19. 00 how stupid to bill after closing the account. they never even called me to say the is money outstanding. the account department told me that this can be reversed but that department is not answering the phone. mxm messing with people credit rating
