Billing Customers without their consent
I, Mrs WH Swart, received a sms saying that I owe Edgars money. So I went to there Store to find out what it is I owed them. They confirmed that they billed me each month for a Edgars magazine which by the way I never received. I said that I'm not gonna pay them since they didn't consult with me or anything. On which they said that they will reverse the charges. After a day I received another sms saying I owe them more. I paid my account in full and will not pay for a magazine. Please sort this out as they can't just bill customers left and right without there permission. This is just pure cruelty.
