Billing after 12 years for 300 bucks

Where do these peole get my details after 12 years and demand that I start paying fees. They cannot even tell me when last a purchase was made on that account but would rather have lawyers call me for payment. Whichever group purchased Edgar's should do proper checks. The world would be a better place if employees could actually listen when we speak. After numerous calls to try and resolve this issue, I get another call from a collection agency who also doesnt have the knowledge and understanding to sort this out. Edgar's....you are inconveniencing me as a potential customer as I now have to come into a branch to resolve this issue. Is there anyone else experiencing this ???
