We tried contacting you at 01:42 PM but we couldn't reach you.
Please be advised we have liaised with our collections department and it was confirmed that there is a note made on the account for payment for the 31st of July, but you only made payment on the 5th of August. Payment should be made before or on the date of the agreement, not after. If done after the system prompts and you will receive the SMS.
