Billing
When I open my account at Edgars Balfourpark I was never advise that they are opening Edgar club as well and I was billed for that club, I requested a refund but it was never processed. Now in August I took a cell phone on credit at Jet mart in Randburg and they activated a cellphone insurance without my permission, When I find out about that I was at Edgars in Balfourpark they called customer care and I spoke to Mandla he cancelled the insurance but he said the will be no reversals meaning I have to pay for something I have never requested for or advised about it. Please reverse that money to my account because this is not fair, it will be a second time I pay for things I never requested for.<br> ?<br> ? characters left<br>
