Billed for services I cancelled by EDGARS

I settled my outstanding EDGARS balance Oct / Nov 2019, cancelled the financial services as well long time and even when I settled my balance, and I saw on the statement that they billed me again the financial service I thought I cancelled through their call centre. I called the call center to remind them of the cancellation seeing that these financial services still appear on the statement. They billed me again for the services I cancelled, I don’t understand. How can I owe them if i settled my account. Edgars or their call centre failed me
