I ordered clothes online from jet it was delivered at edgars active. I gave birth so cannot collect the order my sister gets there with her id and the order details an they refuse to give it to her this is beyond band service i paid for the items shes collecting it with her id having the same surname as mine and yet they refuse to give it im very upset at your poor customer service you need to learn alot from mr price when it comes from online shopping really
