Being unhelpful and *********

Bought a pack of trunks at Menlyn branch yesterday. When we got home I realized that it was the wrong size. Went back today with sealed package and were told they can't exchange it for the correct size. The package clearly was still as we bought it, now we are sitting with a Christmas give we can't use. Surely you can take each case on merit. How ridicules is that. Super angry, going to close my account.
