BEING TREATED UNFAIRLY BY EDGARS THE ONE AT GATEWAY

hello I purchased clothes for about 2000 at the store and I went to EC when I got there I have the baby her shoe worth 399 she went to play and came back she was uncomfortable and my sister checked the shoes they were for the same side left side okay went to the nearest edgars they told me I should go back to getaway I waited till I got to durban and they did not wanna change It they told me they won't do that a lady called ELINA GOVENDER who happened to be a mananger did not treat me well and I left the other lady called Sandra who was verry helpfull tried to find the laybyes report but did not get it spent 4 hours checking there and found nothing there i don't understand why they don't keep track of the laybyes and staff tried to tell them to use my id but she didn't find anything she remember the day i came to fetch the clothes as well but was also frastrated shame and now II'm stuck with these shoes worth 400 and they said i should take something for 200 how can I be treated like this how can I just give edgars 200 for fun I'm not happy at all even if I have to open a case I will please help me out
