Being charged for no reason .Trying to cancel my account. Nothing happens

Being charged over and over again with no end in sight. It's like being ****** over and over again every month for your hard earned money. I've been trying to close/cancel my accounts from April After seeing my birthday voucher was a wait of my time and effort and haveing this account is of no use to me what so ever. I've made numerous calls, being pushed from agent to agent, department to department with no results. My many store visits to a number of different stores had left me with more frustration but still no answers and gust going in circles. My accounts is paid in full. As to what I was told to do in order to have it closed. But everytime I say close it. These some problem, And then I get charged something again and the circle starts again. Its been 8 months and I'm still been charged for no reason , Leaveing along my calls, visits, time and expenses.
