Good morning I have edgars account and I was advised that am in areas for insurance that I did not join, they said to me I insured my husband and am single, the account was owing R1500 in 2020-10-13,I was advised that to cancel I must pay full amount, I paid on 13-10-2020 and called their call center and they gave reference of cancelation I was assured that it canceled, but on the 10-09_2021 I received sms saying I must pay R214 as they send my name to lawyers, I went to the shop at soshanguve crossing they tell me yes they see all the info but the lady who was assisting me did not cancel it, so who fault is it me or them, I wanted a paid up letter she the lady advised me I will get it in my email in 14 days nothing , I went to jet in Randburg and they said they are no longer working with edgars, until I see the one in soshanguve when I was there for a visit and I raise my problem no one assisted,
