Bankrupt Edgars *****ing money

Zero stars for Edgars. After I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter Edgars online phone me back and promised to deliver my order within a week. A week later I received a call from a very rude lady telling me that my order is delayed again and I must be patient. She could not answer any of my questions and ask me if I want a refund. I immediately said yes as as I have sent An e mail to Efgars requesting a refund and again she was very vague when I Edgars will refund me. After that a I though that aEdgars will refund me and that that will be the end of it but then 2 days later I received another email from Edgars saying that my order is once again delayed due to Corvid 19 and that I will receive my order in due course as the will return to full capacity 1June but not saying when. I am sure Edgars is just coming up with excuses not to deliver or refund. It is a fact that they are bankrupt. Maybe they are *****ing our money by accepting online orders which they can not deliver
