Bad treatment

Good day Today went to Thavhani Mall with my sister who is pregnant. She wanted to buy clothes and she find a dress that she like. My daughter was assisting her to stand on the line to pay because the line was long, someone come at line ask those who have item to come with them to cosmetic side but when she get there two ladies by the name Rabelani and Charlotte the won't help her but she was removed. And also the manager name Just was there and when we try to complain he said we must speak English how can who employe someone who doesn't know the language of people who stay on that area. It means he doesn't care about the customer because he was supposed to intervene. I try to talk to him he so stubborn when I said let go to here the side of stroy of chasher he didn't want to.
