Bad treatment by security

I attempted to do my annual kids winter shopping and return some unwanted items to Edgars on Saturday. When I arrived, I approached the security guard outside downstairs at the main entrance to ask her if I need to get anything in writing from her as I am returning gift items which I dont have slips for or can I just go through to customer service. She looked at me with a very straight face and said \Sure you can go through to customer service - but by the time you get there I will have told them that you have ****** those items\". I kept looking at her and asked her if she was joking. She just looked at me with a straight face. She was not kidding. I then left my shopping as I dont have time for drama like this and dont appreciate treatment like that after being a customer of Edgars in excess of 10 years. Edgars please review your security contract with your supplier - drunk with power security guards will not do your business any good. I will think twice before shopping at Edgars again. "
