Bad telephone Customer service
While talking to the customer service teles person she gave me attitude then kept quiet when I was talking to her and made as if the call was interrupted or disturbed. I could hear her from the background as she began to hum a song. while ignoring me, i asked her for the reference number to the call and she ignored me still. finally she hung up on me. my query was not resolved and I was hung up on.<br>
