BAD SERVISE FROM EDGARDS

For the past 7 months i have profusely to NO avail been trying to close my EDGARS account. Ive been to Lake Side Mall's Edgards Account depart. no help at all. Since August last year If been to Edgards Carnival mall where their own staff admited that the employees of H/Q are NOt doing their work. My account was setteled in August 2020 and was cancelled the same day, on the 9th Of Feb they were overhanding me for non payment of R365.00 that was setteled in August already. I am at whits end and do not know what steps to take next ....PLEASE HELP!!!
