Bad services

Edgars doesn't have a good services i pay my account every month but my balance always have interest of which i dont understand because i pay the exact amount. August i payed more than usual bt still it doesn't make any difference or sense .i always up by 200rand or more of which you cant even get answers when making payments from their store..
