Bad service Welkom branch

This was send to Edgars email :*** without any reply On 25 November I visited your Edgars branch in the Welkom Goldfields Mall. Never in my life have I experienced such bad service.

Firstly no one offered to help me at the cosmetics counter. So I rather went to the clothes department as I do not need assistance with picking clothing.

Then I purchased some clothing and went to stand in the que. When I accidentally went to the wrong cashier she very rudely pointed me back tot the que.

The next cashier that saw this was very friendly and helped me.

When I tried to leave the store I was told by security that she wants to search my handbag.

After this I saw numerous ladies leaving the store without being submitted to such treatment.

After being a a loyal Edgars customer for years I am really considering taking my business to one of your competitors that offer a friendly service and treat their customers like customers and not *********.
