Bad service steeling our money

On Saturday went to Edgars to close my as I don't buy from they I only to my knowledge had the Edgar's and a funeral plan with them called the head office and suddenly I receive an sms that I owned them R7800.00 for financial fees but no one could explained where this fees comes as do pay them for the club fees and funeral plan every month according to the sms the send me every month why do they charge financial fees if don't make use of shopping there I would like to know never signed anything towards this
