BAD SERVICE - ONLINE CLICK & COLLECT

I ordered shoes online from Edgars on the 9th January 2020.

It was a click and collect order. Its now the 23rd and I have had no communication with regard to WHERE my item is. I called customer service & they told me to wait until I am called regarding my order.

This is ridiculous!! I have no idea what is going on and no one can tell me where my item is and why its so late!

Extremely pathetic service from their online department. I'm still waiting for someone to call me to answer my questions.
