bad service not answering on their call center

hi there I don't know how many times ai have call the number *** for the call Centre no one is picking up started last week and went to the store on stared this is still regarding my claim and they are not picking up i am really frustrated now. they close at 5 at the shop i have spent more that 6 rand just today holding on with no answer . please intervene ever since this shop has been taken over by RCS they have no service no care at all for their customers .. how i wish i could change insurer. and my premium has not been fixed as well as according their partner Hollard/ IUA R554.37 AND my account is not updated they just eating my hard earned money.
