Bad Service!! I want my paid up letter!!!

I have paid up and closed my Edgars account. I requested a paid up letter more than 2 days ago and no matter how many times I call or how many times I email to tell you how urgently I require the letter nothing gets done!! Edgars happily took my money on time for years and now that they are supposed to offer me just a small courtesy of customer service they just don’t bother... I mean why must a letter take this long??? Surely you must have a template so all you need to do is copy my information!!! definitely no regrets with closing this account!!!
